Responsibilities;
- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
- Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives.
- Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines.
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
- Develop new clients into company accounts.
- Deliver achievable and realistic forecasts to the Management Team.
Requirements
- Proven working experience as an Area Sales Manager, Sales Executive or a relevant role.
- Must be able to work independently and with little supervision, and sometimes required to work remotely.
- Most importantly, the successful candidate is likeable, confident, and hard-working, able to drive themselves to exceed goals and complete sales duties.
- Proven sales track record demonstrated.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Proficiency in English.
- Market knowledge.
- Communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build rapport.
- Time management and planning skills
