Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct client assessments to determine care needs and develop personalized care plans.
- Oversee carer competency, ensuring all staff are trained and compliant with HSE standards.
- Facilitate regular client reviews to monitor progress and adapt care plans as necessary.
- Liaise effectively with the Health Service Executive (HSE) and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Manage and support the caregiving team, promoting a positive and professional working environment.
- Support with administrative work in office
Requirements:
- Minimum QQI Level 6 qualification in a relevant field.
- Excellent computer skills.
- Proven experience in homecare management or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of client care assessments and HSE regulations.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Flexibility is essential for this role.
