Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic Chef de Partie for Gotham Cafe 8 South Anne street Dublin 2 D02E296 to join our kitchen Team & work as part of a successful established Restaurant business since 1993. We are looking for individuals who have an positive attitude to work, are a team player & can achieve the highest standards in both food preparation & service & personal hygiene & are not afraid of hard work.

This is a full time position 39 hours guaranteed 5 shifts a week . We are open 6 days a week from Midday until 10/11 pm so the job is a mix of days & nights. Salary EURO 34,000
Required Education, Skills and Qualifications
Previous experience & training in a busy kitchen required to basic level plus HACCP trained.
