The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for clients and suppliers ensuring a professional and welcoming experience while supporting the daily administrative operations of the Gate Automation Company.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist visitors, customers, and contractors in a professional and courteous manner.
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls and emails to the appropriate departments.
- Schedule site visits, and service calls for sales and technical teams.
- Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail
- Prepare and maintain customer records, service requests, quotations, and filing systems.
- Coordinate communication between customers, technicians, and management regarding installation and maintenance schedules.
- Assist with data entry and updating customer information in the company's CRM or management system.
- Handle customer inquiries regarding gate automation products, maintenance services, and service appointments.
- Support general office administration and perform other duties as assigned by management.
Required Skills and Competencies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer service orientation and professional telephone etiquette.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred.
- Familiarity with gate automation, access control, or technical service environments is an advantage but full training will be provided
Pay: €30,000.00 per year
