Exciting new opportunity for a Snr HR Generalist/HR Executive to join a leading organisation as they embark on their growth journey. This position will play a key part in supporting the People agenda for the organisation.
Key responsibilities include:
· Supporting the senior leadership team on all people related matters.
· First point of contact for all HR related queries.
· End-to-end recruitment for the company ensuring key talent is identified and secured.
· Supporting senior managers with Performance Management and Talent Management agendas.
· Responsible for delivering HR metrics on a monthly basis.
· Advising on implementation of new HRIS system.
· Coordinating and delivering training modules in line with agreed training goals.
· Other HR projects as required.
Experience required:
· Third level degree qualified, HR or Business-related degree.
· 3-5 years’ experience working as HR Generalist
· Strong systems knowledge and capability.
· Highly organised with excellent inter-personal skills.
