Role: As an Assistant Buyer, you will play a key role in ensuring our product catalogue is accurate, up-to-date, and performing efficiently. You’ll work closely with our Buyer, who will be focused on supplier relationships, product selection and price strategy, while you manage the operational side of the buying function.
Responsibilities:
· Upload and maintain product listings across internal systems and online platforms
· Monitor and manage stock levels to ensure optimal availability
· Place and track reorders based on sales performance and demand forecasting
· Maintain accurate product data, pricing, and inventory records
· Support the smooth day-to-day running of the buying function
· Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to resolve stock or product issues
Requirements:
· Organised with strong attention to detail
· Comfortable working with computer systems and Microsoft (Excel, Word etc.)
· Proactive and able to manage multiple tasks at once
· Commercially aware with an interest
· Previous experience in buying or admin role
Pay: €35,000.00-€37,000.00 per year
