As our business continues to grow, we are seeking an experienced Senior Residential Sales Negotiator to drive our expansion throughout North Dublin. The Role
You will play a key role in growing Stanley Estate Agents’ presence across North Dublin by generating new business, securing property instructions, negotiating sales and providing an exceptional client experience from valuation through to completion.
Key Responsibilities
● Generate new residential sales and lettings business throughout North Dublin.
● Carry out property valuations and convert opportunities into instructions.
● Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, purchasers, landlords and investors.
● Manage the sales process from initial instruction through to completion.
● Negotiate offers and achieve the best possible outcome for clients.
● Conduct property viewings and provide professional advice throughout the transaction.
● Work closely with solicitors, mortgage brokers and other stakeholders to ensure smooth progression of sales.
● Consistently deliver outstanding customer service while maintaining high professional standards.
● Represent Stanley Estate Agents with enthusiasm, integrity and professionalism.
The Ideal Candidate
● Holds a current PSRA Licence (Categories A, B & C).
● Minimum 3 years’ experience in residential property sales.
● Strong knowledge of the North Dublin residential market is highly desirable.
● Proven ability to generate new business and win instructions.
● Excellent negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills.
● Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and results-driven attitude.
● Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
● Comfortable working independently while contributing positively within a team.
● Full clean driving licence essential.
