The Opportunity
Reporting to the Customer Hub Manager, Windsor Motors Customer Hub, this is an exciting opportunity to join a newly centralised team at an early stage of its development.
This role includes the opportunity to earn up to €2,500 in performance bonus.
As a Customer Hub Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, handling queries across telephone, email, and webchat. You will support a wide range of products and services across our dealerships, working closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver a seamless experience.

Hours of Attendance
- 39-hour working week
- Current hours: 8:30am – 5:00pm
- Flexibility required as hours may move to a staggered pattern between:
- 8:00am – 6:00pm (Monday to Friday)
- 9:00am – 1:00pm (Saturday)
What You will Be Doing
- Managing customer queries across multiple channels and product offerings
- Understanding customer needs and responding in a way that exceeds expectations
- Acting as a customer advocate to drive positive change and enhance every interaction
- Escalating concerns or opportunities appropriately to maintain high service standards
- Working collaboratively within a dynamic team environment
- Taking ownership of queries from start to finish, connecting with colleagues across our dealerships
- Supporting and working closely with other relevant customer service areas
What We are Looking For
You are motivated, positive, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. You bring solid customer service experience, ideally within a contact centre environment, and you pride yourself on your ability to listen, understand, and communicate clearly and professionally.
