Senior Hair Stylist
Alpha Hair Studio Cork City is seeking a dedicated, highly skilled Hair Stylist to join our team. Who Fits This Role? We are looking for someone with a strong foundation in hair styling who wants to work in an environment that prioritizes both the stylist's growth and the client's experience.
The Ideal Candidate: You are a confident stylist with at least 3 years of on-the-floor experience. You are comfortable running your own column, managing your time efficiently, and building lasting client relationships.

How You Will Help You will work with the team to ensure high standards are met, providing a full suite of services to our clientele:
- Comprehensive Styling: Providing a wide range of expert hair services, including precision cutting, styling, colouring, extensions and treatments.
- Client Consultation: Offering personalized consultations to deeply understand client needs and deliver their desired outcomes.
- Client Retention: Building and maintaining strong client relationships through exceptional customer service.
- Team Collaboration: Working alongside fellow stylists and our support team to maintain a positive, seamlessly running salon floor.
Requirements
- Experience: A minimum of 3 years of in-salon hair styling experience (required).
- Communication: Fluent English with strong interpersonal skills and a warm, professional manner.
- Time Management: The ability to effectively manage a busy schedule without compromising on the quality of service or client satisfaction.
