Full-Time Pharmacist
About us:
Dalkey Pharmacy is a long established landmark in the village of Dalkey and we are seeking to hire a full-time pharmacist. This is a beautiful old traditional pharmacy which has been on Railway Road since 1877, now operating to the highest modern standards in an authentic period setting. We are very much a community pharmacy, providing services to the residents of Dalkey and surrounding areas. You will be a key member of the team, engaging with members of the public on a daily basis and building strong relationships with our loyal customers.
Responsibilities will include the following:
- Delivering the pharmacy strategy through care conversations with customers ensuring that expert advice is always provided.
- Responsible for professional pharmacy, legal and ethical decisions in the pharmacy.
- Setting the standard of what a top-class pharmacy looks and feels like from an operational perspective by working in a partnership with your team.
- Using your own intuition, expertise and experience to deliver complete care solutions for our customers.
- Consistently monitor performance and standards ensuring high standards are maintained.
Skills and Background Experience
- Experience working in community pharmacy.
- MUST BE REGISTERED WITH THE PHARMACEUTICAL SOCIETY OF IRELAND.
- Be industry aware and commercially astute.
- Thrive in a team centered environment.
- Enjoy knowledge sharing and coaching within a small team environment.
Hours Of Work:
Full time hours. No Sundays or late nights.
