Experienced Car Sales Person
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Experienced Car Sales Executive to join our Wexford dealerships.
This is an exciting opportunity for a driven sales professional with a passion for the motor industry and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service. You will be responsible for guiding customers through the vehicle purchasing journey, building lasting relationships, and achieving sales targets while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable vehicles.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience from initial enquiry through to vehicle handover.
- Achieve and exceed new and used vehicle sales targets.
- Promote finance, warranty, insurance, and aftersales products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to generate repeat business and referrals.
- Follow up enquiries promptly and effectively using the dealership's CRM system.
- Maintain an excellent knowledge of our vehicle range, specifications, and current offers.
- Ensure all sales administration is completed accurately and in line with company and regulatory requirements.
- Represent the dealership in a professional manner at all times.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Proven experience in automotive sales with a successful track record.
- APA qualification – desirable but not essential.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- A customer-first approach with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Self-motivation with the ability to work towards and exceed targets.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Confidence using CRM systems and digital sales tools.
- A full, clean driving licence.
