We are now hiring a Part-Time Maintenance Assistant to join our maintenance department at The Cork International Hotel.
Painting knowledge/experience is essential
Requirements:

To ensure the hotel has achieved the correct maintenance at all times.

Repairs may include furnishings and fixtures, light painting, wall cover repairs, light carpentry, door and window repairs
-
Maintain the Rooms Preventative Maintenance list and consistently keep updated records on file.

To rectify any maintenance issues within the hotel daily
-
To assist in the implementation of planned prevention maintenance system in operation
-
Ensure all items from "SnapFix" maintenance list are actioned with the Maintenance Manager
-
To ensure guests safety by eliminating potential risks and hazards
-
To help ensure all health, safety and fire regulation are adhered to
-
To ensure appropriate quality steps are documented and adhered to at all times
-
To ensure all guests maintenance issues are handled urgently in line with agreed procedure
-
To help ensure a high level of security throughout the department
