We are seeking a head chef to lead our kitchen in a new cafe. We need someone with 5+ years experience in a head/senior chef role. This will be a small but very busy kitchen so we require someone with strong organisationa skills. You will need to have the ability to create and cost menus, to manage the HACCP requirements and inspire a small team around you. This will be a modern elevated 'brunch style' menu so we want someone with experience cooking these types of dishes. You will have the opportunity to be creative and curate an ever evolving menu taking into account seasonality and trends. We want someone who loves food and has a great understanding of the restaurant/cafe scene in Ireland and beyond. If this sounds like you, then we'd love to hear from you. Daytime hours primarily, although we will look to open some evenings as a wine bar with a plates/tapas style menu.
