We are currently seeking a Human Resources Assistant to join our Human Resources team at The K Club on a 12 month contract commencing in May 2026.

Here's how you'll bring the K Club's trailblazing vision to life:
- This role will focus on the recruitment function for both internal and external positions, utilising our recruitment system - Occupop

To source, attract and hire new team members

Develop and implement a recruitment strategy including the use of job boards, marketing and social media

To work with our Marketing Team to design and create recruitment campaigns

To attend and represent The K Club at both internal and external recruitment fairs

To provide administration support to the HR team across all HR functions
-
Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes for employees

To support with staff social events
-
To provide support with staff uniforms
-
Assist with day to day operations of the HR Department

Be a trusted advisor to the Resort team
Please note this role is a full-time on site position

Experience in the area of recruitment and sourcing is advantageous

Experience / qualifications in Human Resources

Someone with excellent communications and interpersonal skills
