Galway city based Cunniffe Expert Electric, are an Electrical Appliance retailer with stores at the Galway Shopping Centre and on the Tuam Road in Galway. We are a long established family business with a reputation for good service and quality products and after sales support.
We require a customer service and administration support person to join the team. The role is varied and requires someone who is good with customers - face to face and over the phone, good at organising and good operating as a team member. The role will involve the following:
1. General Customer Service - Phone and Face to face
2. Helping with delivery schedules
3. Assisting customers in the store
4. Assisting with ordering and warranty provision.
5. General business support
This role is based at our Tuam Road store. We work well as a team, between sales, Stores, Support and Delivery and we are looking for team members who enjoy this type of working environment.
Looking after our customers well is very important to us as well.
