We are looking for a motivated, reliable, and hardworking Kitchen All-Rounder to join our busy café team. This is a hands-on role where you'll assist with food preparation, maintaining high standards of cleanliness, supporting the kitchen team during busy service, and helping ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the café kitchen.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in producing quality food, and is happy to turn their hand to a variety of kitchen duties.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparing sandwiches, wraps, salads, breakfasts, and light lunch dishes to a high standard.
- Assisting with daily food preparation and mise en place.
- Ensuring food is presented consistently and served promptly.
- Maintaining high standards of food hygiene and cleanliness.
- Washing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
- Cleaning and sanitising workstations throughout the day.
- Rotating stock and assisting with deliveries.
- Monitoring food quality and reporting any issues.
- Following all HACCP and food safety procedures.
- Supporting other team members wherever needed to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
