Little Flower Minders is a County Kerry-based childcare company providing premium childcare services at weddings, hotels and special events across Ireland. We are now expanding our panel of professional childminders across County Wicklow and the surrounding areas.
Applicants must hold a recognised childcare qualification with a minimum QQI Level 5 or Level 6 in Early Learning and Care (ELC) or an equivalent recognised qualification. A minimum of two years' childcare experience is required.
This role is ideal for someone who is currently working in childcare, and who is looking to supplement their income with flexible/casual hours to fit around their own schedule. A car is essential as bookings involve travel to hotels and venues.
What the role involves:
- Providing warm, attentive care to children while supporting families during weddings, special events, and hotel stays.
- Engaging children with age-appropriate play, stories and activities.
- Ensuring a safe, calm and reassuring environment at all times.
- Professional communication with parents and the Little Flower Minders team.
