Cleaner

Job Purpose
The principal duty of the cleaner is to have responsibility for all aspects of hygiene maintenance and good housekeeping within the services/canteen, in accordance with all elements of Health, Safety and Hygiene regulations and legislation.
What we're looking for:
- Educated to third level (desirable)
- 1-year relevant experience working in a related role
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
- Knowledge of health & safety
Your Responsibilities
- To maintain the highest standards of safety, hygiene and good housekeeping within the services/canteen, in accordance with all elements of Health, Safety and Hygiene regulations and legislation.
- Cleaning, stocking and supplying within the centre/canteen (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, etc in order to keep buildings/canteen clean and orderly condition.
- Emptying waste bins and transporting waste to designated areas.
- Performing and documenting routine inspection and maintenance activities.
- Reporting when supplies/cleaning supplies are running low and assist with the ordering of replacements.

Salary starting from point 1 €28,521.77 to point 4 €29,807.17 (pro rata), depending on experience and qualification.
