We are currently seeking a reliable and professional Security Operative to join our team in. This is a full-time role ideal for someone with strong situational awareness, great communication skills, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment.
Working Hours:
You will be working on a rota basis between the shifts of 6.30am-3.30pm and 2.30pm-10.30pm.
Key Responsibilities:

Maintain a visible and professional security presence throughout the centre

Monitor activity and ensure the safety and security of customers, staff, and premises

Respond promptly to incidents and emergencies

Deter theft, vandalism, and anti-social behaviour

Assist with customer enquiries and provide excellent customer service

Liaise with centre management and local authorities when necessary
Requirements:

Valid Static PSA Licence (Essential)

Previous experience in a security role, preferably in a retail or shopping centre environment

Strong interpersonal and observational skills

Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure

Flexibility and punctuality
