John keoghs Gastro Pub is looking for a Senior chef to join our established team.
We are looking an experienced chef who wants to work in a well managed and settled kitchen team. Can be 4/5 shifts per week depending on what experience.
Shifts can typically be 2pm-10pm mainly. Prep shift occasionally 10-4pm
You will be working in a small team with the simple philosophy - produce the best food we can each day using Irish premier products
Kitchen open from 5pm to 9pm 7 days a week
40 hours a week
Salary, subject to experience and capability
The successful candidate must have
- Minimum Experience as a Senior Chef de Partie level
- Proven track record and references on request
- Certified in HAACP
- Ability to run the pass
- Experience in all sections of the kitchen
- High standard of dish presentation
- High standard of personal presentation
- Be able to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
