Lark Rock are dedicated to retrofitting homes to an ‘’A’’ rated standard. All homes are finished to the very highest standards. We have a small progressive dynamic team and are looking for talent to grow with the business through a very exciting expansion phase.
Applicant must have:

Safe Pass.

Manual Handling preferable.

At least 3-4 years experience.

Experience in all other aspects of residential groundworks including concrete finishing, Pouring Concrete, Floating, installing manholes, footpaths, Kerbing, etc an advantage.

Digger driver experience and dumber diver experience an advantage.

Be fully compliant with PPE requirements on-site.

Site tidying.
-
Other duties as per foreman's instructions.

Comply with all health and safety procedures on-site.

Must be hardworking and reliable.

Ability to work on their own initiative.
Salary: €40k per Annum, Possible Company Van, Company Bonus.
