Nestled in the heart of a winter wonderland, we provide a vibrant and joyful environment where guests can capture memories that last a lifetime. As a Photo Sales Assistant, you will play a key role in creating a joyful experience for every visitor.
Join our dynamic team as a Photo Sales Assistant and help spread Christmas cheer through selling photographic memories! You will assist guests in purchasing their magical moments and turn them into beautiful keepsakes that they’ll cherish forever. If you have a passion for photography and a love for the Christmas seasons, this is the perfect opportunity for you!
Guest Interaction: Welcome visitors with a bright smile and a warm attitude, providing them with an unforgettable customer experience. Engage with families and individual guests to create a friendly atmosphere.
Photo Sales: Present and sell photography packages and prints, highlighting special promotions. Use your persuasive skills to encourage guests to create lasting memories with our artfully captured images. Ensure all transactions are processed accurately and efficiently.
Product Knowledge: Stay informed about our photography products, services, promotions, and pricing to provide detailed and effective guidance to customers.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with fellow team members to maintain a positive, collaborative environment. Participate in team meetings, contribute ideas for a successful operation, and share feedback.
Maintain Cleanliness: Keep photo sales areas tidy and organised. Assist in maintaining the overall hygiene and festive decor of the photography stations.
Qualifications:
Customer Service Skills: Previous experience in customer service or a sales role would be beneficial. An approachable, friendly demeanour is a must!
Photography Interest: A keen eye for photography or a basic understanding of camera equipment will be an advantage.
Flexible Availability: Must be willing to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays during the Christmas season.
Team Player: Ability to work well with others in a fast-paced environment while keeping a positive attitude.
Creativity: Bring your festive spirit! A passion for the holidays and an eye for delightful promotional displays are welcome attributes.
