We’re looking for a motivated and knowledgeable Parts Advisor to join our growing team at John Mannion Truck & Trailer Components Ltd a leading supplier of truck and commercial vehicle parts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve customers at the trade counter and over the phone
- Identify and supply the correct parts based on customer needs
- Process orders, returns, and deliveries efficiently
- Manage stock levels and assist with stock control
- Work closely with workshop staff, drivers, and customers
- Maintain a clean and organised workspace
Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Previous experience in the motor factors or automotive parts industry (preferred)
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- IT and administrative skills
- A full Irish driving licence
