It is a growing construction contractor delivering high-quality residential and commercial projects across Ireland. They pride themselves on strong project delivery, professional site management, and long-standing client relationships. They are now seeking a motivated and capable Site Engineer to join them on their large-scale residential developments. There are multiple locations currently requiring an engineer - All corners of Dublin.
Role Overview
As a Site Engineer, you will support the project team in delivering all engineering and technical aspects of the development. You will ensure work is carried out to the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance while coordinating closely with site management, subcontractors, and design teams.
Key Responsibilities

Setting out, levelling, and surveying on-site

Assisting in managing site operations to ensure programme delivery

Checking drawings, plans, and quantities for accuracy

Ensuring compliance with design specifications and building regulations

Maintaining detailed site records and quality documentation

Coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers

Resolving any technical issues that arise during construction
Requirements
-
Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline

2+ years' experience as a Site Engineer (residential experience an advantage)

Strong setting-out skills using GPS, total station, and laser levels

Knowledge of Irish building regulations and construction standards

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings

Strong communication and organisational skills

And this hourly rate would be as high as €45.00 per hour (Over €100,000 based on site hours).
This can also be paid on a salary. The salary would be up to €80,000 + vehicle or allowance + pension + performance bonus + a flexible working environment.
The company pushes for progression and this role could transition into a more management position in the months ahead.
