Job Title: Mechanic
Reports to: Supervisor/Manager
Location: Cork Rd Waterford
Job Summary:
The Motor Mechanic is responsible for the full maintenance and repairs of the vehicle. You must have the ability to work on all brands of motor vehicles.
Key Tasks Required:
Ability to identify faults and repair components & fit new and manufactured parts.
Good mechanical aptitude
Undertaking full inspection before hand-over to customer
Recording all relevant details, completing records etc
Understanding of diagnostics and fault finding
Good communication skills
Ability to work well as part of a team
Maintaining a clean and neat workspace and adhering to all company policies, procedures and safety standards
Experience in Tyre fitting an advantage
Essential Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role
Full Current Driving Licence essential
Experience in both Diagnostics and Fault Finding
