The Growth Marketing team at Front is hiring a Dublin-based Field Marketing Manager to build Front’s presence across EMEA through high-impact events and regional campaigns. This role will partner closely with Sales, Partnerships, and Marketing to plan and execute programs that increase awareness, drive engagement with target accounts, and generate pipeline.
What will you be doing?
Own EMEA field marketing strategy and quarterly program planning (events, webinars, integrated campaigns) aligned to pipeline goals.
Lead end-to-end event execution: venue + vendor selection, logistics, onsite staffing, promotion, attendee communications, and post-event follow-up.
Partner with EMEA Sales + Partnerships to select target accounts, build pre/during/post-event plays, and drive pipeline impact.
Collaborate with Marketing (PMM, Brand/Creative, Demand Gen, MOPs/Analytics) to produce event content, creative assets, and regional collateral.
Own internal comms + enablement for field programs (sales enablement, event staff training, and post-event retrospectives).
Manage quarterly EMEA field marketing budget; track spend and forecast accurately.
Measure and report program performance (attendance, engagement, pipeline/ROI) and apply insights to improve future investments.
Research and test new opportunities across priority industries, segments, and buyer personas.
What skills and experience do you need?
3-5 years experience in B2B field marketing or event marketing
Experience planning and executing in-person and virtual events
Experience with a variety of marketing channels and tactics to drive attendance and engagement
Proven track record of partnering with sales leaders and teams to hit pipeline targets
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Willingness to travel
