World Talent Selection is recruiting Quality Expert Reviewer (Sub-Saharan African Speaker) on behalf of one of our international partners based in Dublin City Centre.

Position Details
Location: Dublin City Centre, Ireland (Onsite)
Employment Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Salary: €42,667 gross per year
Working Schedule: 40 hours per week, rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday between 08:00 and 19:00
Training: Four weeks of paid onsite training
Your Role
As a Quality Expert Reviewer, you will evaluate the quality and consistency of moderation decisions across multiple operational workflows. You will help ensure that internal quality standards and platform policies are applied accurately while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Reviewing moderation decisions and ensuring policy compliance.
- Performing quality assessments across different operational queues.
- Providing structured feedback to improve review accuracy.
- Supporting escalated cases requiring additional analysis.
- Working with sensitive and potentially disturbing online content.
- Contributing to process improvements and maintaining high quality standards.
- Collaborating closely with operational and quality teams.
Candidate Profile
We are looking for candidates who have:
- Native or fluent Swahili or Yoruba/Hausa language skills.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Previous professional experience in Content Moderation (mandatory).
- Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work with confidential and sensitive content.
- Good organisational and time management skills.
- A collaborative mindset and willingness to learn.
Eligibility
Applicants must already hold a valid permission to work in Ireland. Unfortunately, visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
Successful candidates will be required to complete the client's pre-employment screening process, which may include right-to-work verification, criminal background checks, credit checks, and other compliance procedures where applicable.
Please note that attendance during the initial training period is mandatory, and holidays or planned absences cannot normally be accommodated during the first weeks of employment.
