The Role
This is a varied, hands-on position working on some of the finest residential projects in the region. You'll be involved from early structural stages through to the highest quality finishes.
Responsibilities
- First and second fix carpentry
- Timber framing and roofing
- House renovations and extensions
- Structural alterations
- Installation of structural steel
- Bespoke joinery and interior finishes
- Timber cladding
- Kitchen and bathroom installations
- Site setting out
- Reading architectural and structural drawings
- Maintaining excellent site organisation and housekeeping
- Working safely and efficiently as part of a professional team
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 5 years' experience in residential carpentry
- High standard of workmanship
- Ability to work independently and solve problems on site
- Experience across multiple stages of residential construction
- Own tools
- Full driving licence and reliable transport
- Safe Pass and Manual Handling (preferred)
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Excellent timekeeping and communication skills
