We’re looking for an energetic and motivated Fitness Instructor to join our team in a busy commercial gym environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting members with their fitness goals, delivering excellent customer service, maintaining a safe and welcoming gym floor, and providing guidance on exercise techniques and equipment use. Duties may include conducting gym inductions, leading fitness classes, creating basic workout programmes, and ensuring equipment and facilities are clean and well maintained. The ideal candidate will have a recognised fitness qualification, strong communication skills, and a passion for health and fitness.
