Job Description:
- General Admin Office duties, filing, scanning
- Answering phones.
- Dealing with customers in person, over the phone, and by email.
- Engage with customers on stock availability status of orders etc…
- Support with the preparation of paperwork for quotes
- Respond to orders/ invoice queries from Customers.
- Generating reports for accounts.
- Maintenance of records for branch
Requirements:
- Good attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Competency in Microsoft applications, excel, word, outlook.
- High level of flexibility and positive attitude, ability to prioritise workload and work as part of a team and individually.

Pay: €37,000.00-€40,000.00 per year
