We’re recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Operations Manager to join a well-established and growing business in the Kells area.
This is a key leadership role overseeing day-to-day operations across production, logistics, compliance, and people management.
- Oversee daily operations across production & logistics
- Lead and manage a team of up to 30 staff
- Monitor KPIs, workflow efficiencies & operational performance
- Coordinate transport, stock control & production schedules
- Ensure compliance with health & safety and environmental standards
- Support HR, staffing, and operational planning
- Work closely with senior management and finance teams
- Previous Operations / Production / Plant Management experience
- Strong background in manufacturing, recycling, waste management or industrial environments
- Experience managing teams in fast-paced settings
- Understanding of logistics, ISO standards & operational compliance
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
