Litigation Solicitor
Hunter Savage is delighted to be recruiting for an exciting opportunity for a Litigation Solicitor at a well-respected international law firm in Dublin. This firm has a strong reputation for handling complex, high-value disputes across sectors including insurance, retail, construction, aviation, and financial services.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious solicitor to join a dynamic and growing Litigation & Dispute Resolution team. The role offers a broad mix of insurance defence and commercial litigation, with exposure to high-profile, often multi-jurisdictional disputes.
You will work closely with experienced partners and senior solicitors, gaining hands-on experience across a wide range of contentious matters while building strong client relationships.

Manage a varied caseload across commercial litigation and insurance defence

Work on matters including:

Contractual and commercial disputes

Defence of casualty, professional negligence and D&O claims

Landlord & tenant litigation
-
Judicial reviews and employment injunctions
-
Shareholder disputes, including minority oppression
-
Represent clients across sectors including insurance, construction, retail, aviation and financial services

Assist on complex, high-value and cross-jurisdictional disputes

Build strong client relationships and contribute to business development initiatives

4 to 6 years' PQE in litigation (insurance defence and/or commercial litigation)

Strong academic background and excellent drafting skills

Ability to manage a busy caseload and meet deadlines

Commercially minded with strong attention to detail

Collaborative, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
