As a Starbucks Shift Supervisor, you’ll help lead the store team during each shift, creating a welcoming customer experience while ensuring high standards of coffee quality, service, cleanliness and store operations.
Key responsibilities:
* Lead and support baristas to deliver excellent customer service and high-quality beverages.
* Run shifts effectively, deploying partners and responding to changing customer and business needs.
* Coach and motivate partners, providing clear direction and feedback.
* Maintain Starbucks standards for beverage quality, food safety, cleanliness and store routines.
* Handle cash, stock and other operational responsibilities accurately.
* Help create a positive, inclusive and supportive working environment.
* Act as a role model for Starbucks values and customer connection.
What we’re looking for:
A confident and reliable team player with strong communication skills, driving sales, a customer-focused mindset and the ability to stay organized and make decisions in a fast-paced environment. Previous supervisory or team-lead experience is preferred.
Pay: €14.65-€15.10 per hour
