We are currently hiring for a Night Porter to join our Front Office team at Carton House.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide assistance to Night Manager during night shift.

Offer a warm welcome and a fond farewell to all guests.

Assist with the delivery and safe storage of guest luggage.

Provide information to hotel guests as requested, serving as a key point of contact.

Assist guests with information on local amenities and attractions.
The successful candidate will have:

Have previous 1year experience in a 5* hotel in a Front Office role or similar.

Excellent communication skills.
-
Knowledge of Opera desired but not essential.

The ability to work under pressure with excellent attention to detail.

A flexible approach to work hours (shift work required)

Previous Guest Service experience desired.
