Duties & Responsibilities
- Active Leadership: Manage instructors and reception staff in real-time
- Operational Oversight: Ensure all safety, lesson flow, and presentation standards are met.
- Staff Support: Handle conflict resolution, performance feedback, and team communication.
- Accountability: Follow through on all tasks to completion, closing the loop every shift.
- Training: Guide new hires through Swim Max systems to maintain consistent standards.
- Customer Excellence: Resolve high level escalations professionally and face to face.
Requirements
- Local Residency: Must currently live in Limerick and be legally entitled to work in Ireland.
- Proven Experience: Previous supervisory or people management experience is essential.
- Communication: Must be fluent in English with high clarity in verbal and written tasks.
- Hands-on Approach: Preference for being visible and operational rather than desk-based.
- Resilience: Ability to remain calm, practical, and solution-focused under pressure.
- Availability: Must be available for 8:00 AM starts, evenings, and weekend shifts.
