LEGAL SECRETARY
Required for established Legal Practice in Bantry
4/5 days per week
Immediate start
You will be responsible for:
- Audio Typing.
- Producing Legal Documents.
- Diary Management.
- Photocopying, Scanning and Filing.
- Filing -keeping hard copy file up to date.
- Post Management; Scanning to corresponding File and physical matching of Post to File.
- Reception duties.
- Other general administrative duties as required.
Job Requirements:
- Excellent Computer skills including MS Office, Word and Outlook.
- Proficient Typist.
- Familiarity with Case Management Systems an advantage.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Good people skills.
Minimum 2 or 3 years' experience in a similar role.
Salary commensurate with experience.
