Medipharm are seeking a Full time Pharmacy Sales Assistant to join our City Centre team. The role will have an element of both front of shop and dispensary duties. Candidates should be available to work 5 days across Mon-Sat.

The successful candidate should;
- have outstanding customer service skills
- have previous Pharmacy retail experience, in Ireland
- have a good knowledge of OTC products
- Experience in Irish Dispensary an advantage
- have experience in skincare and other pharmacy retail lines
- have fluent English and excellent communication skills
- be willing to work as part of a team but also able to take initiative
- be flexible and willing to learn
- strive for continuous improvement
- have an enthusiastic and positive attitude to work
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Providing excellent customer service based on product knowledge and customer requirements
- Maintain records and documentation to support the management team as required
- Maintaining stock levels and merchandising for the shop
- Liaising with reps
- Assisting with the Pharmacy team in the flow of a busy dispensary
- Ensuring the tidiness of the shop is to a high standard and maintain related areas
- Building and sustaining positive relationships with our customers
Experience:
- Previous retail experience is essential
- Computer literacy is desirable
- Previous experience in Irish Pharmacy environment
