The Daughters of Charity Child and Family Service (DoCCFS) is seeking an organised, motivated and professional Administrator to join our Assessment Service on a part-time basis (20 hours per week).

Our services include the Assessment Service, Family Centre Service, Early Childhood Development Service (ECDS) and Dublin Safer Families Service. Together, these services provide a range of assessments, therapeutic interventions, parenting supports and family programmes that help children and families build on their strengths and overcome challenges.
About the Role
As Administrator, you will provide comprehensive administrative and reception support to the Assessment Team, ensuring the smooth and efficient day-to-day operation of the service. Working closely with Centre Managers, Family Workers and colleagues, you will play an important role in supporting a welcoming, organised and professional environment for children, families and visitors.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide general office administration, including filing, photocopying, scanning and document preparation.
- Manage reception duties, including answering telephone enquiries and welcoming visitors.
- Prepare correspondence, reports and other documentation.
- Maintain accurate electronic and paper-based records and databases.
- Support Centre Managers and Family Workers with report preparation and administrative tasks.
- Process and maintain service data and statistics.
- Record meeting minutes and maintain confidential records.
- Manage petty cash and order office, cleaning and kitchen supplies.
- Undertake other administrative duties as required.
About YouYou will have:
- A minimum of three years' administrative experience in a busy office environment.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint (knowledge of Microsoft Access is desirable).
- Excellent attention to detail and experience maintaining accurate records.
- The ability to work independently while contributing positively within a multidisciplinary team.
- A flexible, professional and customer-focused approach.
