The Beresford Hotel is currently seeking an experienced and motivated Full-Time Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team.
This is a key role within our housekeeping department, and we are looking for someone with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a busy hotel environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day running of the housekeeping department, supervising the team, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation, and ensuring that guest rooms and public areas meet the hotel’s required standards.
This is also a hands-on position, and the successful candidate must be willing to assist with cleaning rooms and other housekeeping duties when operational needs require.
Key Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a housekeeping supervisory role within a busy hotel.
- Experience supervising and supporting a housekeeping team.
- High standards of cleanliness and attention to detail.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to lead by example and work as part of a team.
- Flexible approach to working hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Willingness to take a hands-on approach and assist with cleaning duties when required.
