The role of production operator is responsible for manufacturing products using manufacturing procedures and quality control procedures. This role ensures the team meets production goals while adhering to quality standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies meeting the specified criteria for delivery of quality product to Quasar customers
The working week is a 4-day week from Monday- Thursday 7am -5.15
Evening option also available.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities
· Complete all required documentation accurately, clearly, and completely in line with specific procedures and GMP & GDP standards.
· Train on multiple steps and rotate between tasks as required/directed.
· Integrate into the production team, exercise a high level of attention in performing all tasks.
· Perform all duties assigned by the Senior Production Supervisor.
· Contribute improvement ideas and participate in continuous improvement activities.
· Adherence to relevant Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Quality standards and ISO requirements.
· Adherence to Health & Safety procedures.
· Assure that the weekly schedule is completed.
· Assist with production inspections and testing and other tasks as assigned.
· Ensure that any non-conforming product at any stage of production is properly identified and controlled.
· Conduct final inspections and product release activities.
· Keep work areas clean and organized as per required procedures.
· Assist in maintaining traceability of products.
· Training production operators on processes, procedures and the importance of quality.
Education and Experience Requirements
· Preferred Experience: 6-12 months of experience preferably within a medical device manufacturing environment.
· Leaving Certificate or equivalent required.
· Computer literate.
· Fluency in both written and spoken English.
Pay: €14.15-€15.00 per hour
