Role & Responsibilities:
- Lead the delivery and implementation of new culinary concepts across sites through the pop-up roadshow.
- Support the Executive Chef team in achieving operational and strategic objectives.
- Work collaboratively with site teams, respecting roles, responsibilities, and on-site protocols.
- Provide culinary expertise and operational support for large-scale functions, events, and special projects.
- Develop recipes, menus, and culinary solutions through research, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Drive product innovation and support the introduction of new products, suppliers, and food formats.
- Assist procurement activities through product evaluation, quality assurance, and taste testing.
- Support mobilisations, re-launches, re-branding initiatives, and other business development projects.
- Promote and maintain high culinary standards by ensuring best practices are implemented across all operations.
- Deliver culinary support for Sales and Business Development activities, including client presentations and tenders.
- Ensure new products, concepts, and initiatives are rolled out in a structured and professional manner.
- Develop and maintain relationships with professional bodies, industry partners, and key stakeholders.
- Support wider business activities, including marketing campaigns, brand initiatives, and corporate events.
Requirements:
- Must be passionate about food
- Self-motivated, have an eye for detail
- Be a good communicator – good written and spoken English
- Must hold a full driving licence and be able to drive in Ireland and have your own vehicle
- Minimum 5 years of experience working as a Chef: Head Chef or Chef Manager experience an advantage
- Computer literate and proficient in word, excel, outlook
