Job Title: Trade Counter Sales Assistant
Job Purpose: To provide product knowledge of building materials and plumbing products.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Liaising with suppliers.
Preparing quotations.
Dealing with customer queries on the phone and at the counter.
Providing excellent customer service.
Use of the In-House IT Software System.
Handling customer collections.
Carrying out any additional duties as required to meet business requirements.
Requirements:
Product knowledge.
Maintain professional merchandising standards, including ensuring correct labelling, pricing and product placements.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Computer skills.
Motivated with ability to work on own initiative.
Friendly, helpful attitude.
