CLINICAL NURSE MANAGER 2
ST LOUISES CENTRE
PERMANENT FULL-TIME CONTRACT (37.5 HPW).
Salary: 62,699 - 79,227 LSI
- Salary subject to Relevant Public Sector Experience and pro-rated for hours of work.

Essential:
- NMBI Registration RNID desirable.
- Management Qualification- Possess a Recognized Management Qualification FETAC/QQI Level 6 or equivalent.
- Full Clean Driving licensee and access to vehicle.
- Have a minimum of two years experience at CNM2 level in intellectual disability.
- Proficiency in the English language.
- Have previous experience at CNM1 level/ equivalent within the area of Intellectual Disability
- Have previous experience working with individuals with autism / mental health
- Can work effectively with families and the wider MDT
- Have a detailed knowledge of the HIQA standards / regulations and Health Act 2007, and the role of the person in charge.
- Be a highly motivated individual with the ability to work on own initiative and the capacity to manage change.
Desirable:
- Excellent leadership skills and the ability to work on own initiative.
- Be a highly motivated individual who can demonstrate effective leadership and managerial skills, and the capacity to manage change.
- Have experience of working with behaviours of Concern and complex care needs and supporting mentoring staff teams in the delivery of a high quality to the people we support.
- Have a detailed knowledge of the HIQA standards / regulations and Health Act 2007.
- Have experience working with multidisciplinary team members.
