1. Document and File Management
- Organizing and maintaining files, ensuring they are easily accessible and up-to-date.
- Handling sensitive documents, ensuring compliance with confidentiality protocols, especially with contracts, legal paperwork, and project documentation.
- Creating and managing file directories for various projects, teams, and departments.
2. Data Entry and Processing:**
- Inputting data into systems quickly and accurately, ensuring that databases and project files are up-to-date.
- Managing high volumes of information under tight deadlines.
- Reviewing and processing various types of documents, ensuring all required details are correctly filled out and filed.
- Assisting in the creation of reports based on the collected data.

- Keeping up with fast-paced work environments by being highly organized and detail-oriented.
