We are currently seeking to recruit a highly motivated Personal Lines Executive for our Fermoy branch. This is a fast-paced role dealing with clients through the phone and in person for car, home and van insurance.
Salary dependent on insurance qualifications and experience. There is also a commission/bonus structure in place in addition to base salary.
Responsibilities
- Advising clients on the best personal lines products to suit their needs.
- Processing new business, mid-term alterations and renewal requests.
- Maintaining a high standard of customer service.
- Assisting clients through the claims process.
The Ideal Candidate
- Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Minimum Level 7 Degree.
- Have previous customer service experience.
- Be highly organised, diligent, and thorough.
- Be a good team player who is highly motivated and enthusiastic.
- Be competent using databases, Microsoft Office, Word & Excel.
- Enjoy learning.
- Have customer service experience.
