Commissioning and Qualification Project Engineer (Limerick)
CES Ltd have a growing client base and an ever-increasing project portfolio. The roles will be site based in Limerick. Candidate should be self-motivated, confident with a interest in HVAC, Mechanical & Utility systems.
Minimum qualification: Degree level qualification, mechanical or electrical engineering discipline preferred.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Support C&Q Manager
- Generation and execution of the system commissioning protocols, installation & operation
- qualification protocols, process qualification protocols.
- Responsible for the site remaining compliant with all relevant and up to date Utilities/Facilities
- policies and standards.
- Commissioning and Qualification Facilities Systems such as Purified Water, Compressed Air,
- Steam, Resin, HVAC, and other utilities / facilities.
- Responsible for the implementation of Utilities/Facilities best practice relevant to all Utilities
- Plant & Equipment to meet the requirements of the Site.
- Comply with H&S requirements for each project.
- Redlining/As-building of HVAC & Utility drawings
- Hands on commissioning & troubleshooting
- Installation verification walk downs
- Management & close-out of system punchlists
- Ensure all installation and commissioning deliverables are met as per schedule.
Key Competencies:
- Interest in facility and GMP utility commissioning and qualification.
- Degree level qualification, mechanical or electrical engineering discipline preferred.
- Competency in AutoCAD, Microsoft word, PPT, excel, Project etc.
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Become self-sufficient and effectively work with limited supervision.
- Ability to interpret HVAC, Mechanical, Process Schematics & P&IDs
- Good technical report writing skills.
- Good communication skills
- A “hands-on” approach / attitude is essential.
