Front of House Administrator - Candidate Profile
Purpose of the Role
To provide professional front-of-house, visitor management and site administration support while delivering a positive experience for colleagues, contractors and visitors to Pfizer Ringaskiddy.
The successful candidate will work across multiple functions and must be comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation while handling confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
What We Are Looking For
We are looking for either a full time candidate or two part time positions with average of 20 hours per week.

Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Able to build positive working relationships across all site functions.
Comfortable interacting with colleagues, contractors, visitors and leadership teams.
Professional, approachable and customer-focused.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Able to manage changing priorities and multiple activities simultaneously.

Administration & Systems Experience
Previous administration, coordination or front-of-house experience.
Strong Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
Comfortable working with business systems and databases.
Experience maintaining records and supporting administrative processes.
Experience in a regulated or pharmaceutical environment would be advantageous.

Reception and visitor management.
Site switchboard operation.
Meeting room coordination and event support.
Site communications and newsletter support.
Administrative coordination across site functions.
New starter and onboarding logistics.
Post and courier management.
Support approved activities within Pfizer systems and processes.
Support site-wide engagement and communication initiatives.
