Reporting to The Leisure Club Manager, the purpose of this role is take a pro-active role in the overall operations of the leisure club facility in line with 4 star requirements while providing a high level of member and guest service and providing a happy and safe environment.

Main Responsibilities:

Assist in providing a variety of classes and keeping up to date with current trends

Provide induction to members of the facilities within the club including fitness tests and gym program

Maintain a good standard of safety and cleanliness within the facility

Assist with swim lessons and swim camps.
What is Required?

At minimum 1 years previous experience in a leisure club or gym environment

Qualified swim teacher and pool lifeguard is desirable
-
Qualified gym instructor is desirable
-
Previous experience of pool plant and current first aid qualification is desired but not essential
