Head Chef required for busy Limerick gastro pub . Relevant experience in a similar role is necessary. Chef must have at least three years experience in a busy bistro/ gastro-pub, f&b hotel or busy restaurant experience. References, HACCP training & fluent English necessary. Full time position available.
The premises does not serve breakfast, we offer a busy lunch 7 days a week followed by a barfood menu. Last orders at 9.30pm 7 days a week. The existing team comprises of five chefs, four kitchen porters & a commis chef.
Staff accommodation can be considered for the right candidate.
