Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and confident Dental Receptionist & Treatment Coordinator to join our prestigious private dental practice.
This is a front-of-house role focused on delivering an exceptional patient experience while managing appointment bookings, patient enquiries, treatment coordination, and administrative responsibilities.
The successful candidate will be a strong communicator with a proven sales background, capable of building rapport with patients, explaining treatment plans and finance options, and supporting patients throughout their treatment journey.
While previous dental experience is advantageous, comprehensive on-site training will be provided on all practice systems, procedures, and treatments, including Invisalign, cosmetic dentistry, Airflow cleaning, dental implants, prosthodontic, and endodontic treatments.
